Setup
1. Power Connection
Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 9V port on the back of the Soundcore Wakey, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The LED display will illuminate.
2. Time Setting
The Soundcore Wakey's time can be set manually or synchronized via the Soundcore app.
- Using the Soundcore App: Download the Soundcore app from your device's app store. Pair your Soundcore Wakey via Bluetooth (see Bluetooth Pairing section). The time on the display will automatically synchronize with your phone's time.
- Manual Time Setting: Use the "Time Set" buttons located on the back of the device to adjust the hour and minute.
Operating Instructions
1. Bluetooth Pairing
Press the BT button on the top panel to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The display will show "bt". On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and select "Soundcore Wakey" from the list of available devices to connect. Once connected, you can stream audio wirelessly.
2. FM Radio
Press the FM button on the top panel to switch to FM radio mode. Use the << or >> buttons to search for stations. You can save up to 10 FM radio stations using the Soundcore app.
3. Alarm Clock
Set up to 15 individual alarms using the Soundcore app. You can choose from 10 unique alarm tones or select an FM radio station as your alarm sound. Use the "Alarm Set" buttons on the back for basic alarm management.

4. White Noise Mode
Access the white noise mode via the Soundcore app. Select from 10 different ambient sounds or create a personalized soundscape by mixing your favorites. A timer can be set to help you fall asleep.

5. Qi Wireless Charging
Place your Qi-compatible smartphone on the center of the Soundcore Wakey's top panel for fast wireless charging. The charger delivers up to 10W for Samsung devices and 7.5W for iPhones. Ensure no metal objects or phone cases with metal are placed in the charging area.

6. Intuitive Controls & Display
The touch bar on the top allows for quick access to Bluetooth connection, FM radio, volume adjustment, and alarm snooze. The LED display features a built-in sensor that automatically adjusts brightness based on ambient light conditions. Brightness can also be manually adjusted or turned off via the Soundcore app or the "Display Dimmer" on the back.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity of your Soundcore Wakey, keep it clean and dry. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surfaces. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the device and a working power outlet.
- Wireless Charging Not Working: Verify your phone is Qi-compatible and placed centrally on the charging pad. Remove any metal objects or thick cases.
- Bluetooth Pairing Issues: Ensure the Soundcore Wakey is in pairing mode ("bt" flashing) and within range of your device. Forget previous pairings on your device and try again.
- FM Radio Reception Poor: Ensure the FM antenna is properly connected and extended. Try repositioning the device for better signal.
- Alarm Not Sounding: Check that the alarm is activated in the Soundcore app and the volume is set appropriately.
