Setup
1. Charging the Earphones and Case
- Place both earphones into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
- Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a DC5V power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer USB port).
- The indicator light on the charging case will show charging status. A full charge for the earphones takes approximately 1 hour. The charging case itself has a 400mAh battery capacity.

2. Pairing with a Device
- Ensure the earphones are charged.
- Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices and select "Hoco ES20" (or similar name) from the list.

Operating Instructions
Basic Functions (Touch Control)
- Power On: Earphones power on automatically when removed from the charging case.
- Power Off: Earphones power off automatically when placed back into the charging case.
- Play/Pause: Tap the touch area on either earphone once.
- Answer/End Call: Tap the touch area on either earphone once during an incoming call or an active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the touch area on either earphone for approximately 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Next Track: Double-tap the touch area on the right earphone.
- Previous Track: Double-tap the touch area on the left earphone.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the touch area on either earphone.
Maintenance
- Keep the earphones and charging case clean and dry.
- Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive substances.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the earphones or charging case, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.
