1. Introduction

The Goliath Doink! Card Game is a fast-paced game designed for 2 to 6 players, ages 6 and up. The objective is to be the first player to successfully play all of your cards by matching colors or farm animals, while reacting quickly to the special 'Doink!' card.

2. Components

Ensure all the following components are present in your game box:

• 1 Platform
• 5 Pigs (1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Blue, 1 Green, 1 Black (Wild))
• 56 Cards
• Complete Instructions (This manual)

3. Setup

1. Place the platform on a flat, stable surface in the center of the playing area.
2. Place the five colored pigs (Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Black) onto the platform. Ensure they are easily accessible to all players.
3. Shuffle the 56 cards thoroughly.
4. Deal 5 cards face down to each player. Players should keep their cards secret.
5. Place the remaining cards face down to form a draw pile.
6. Turn over the top card of the draw pile and place it face up next to the draw pile to start the discard pile.

4. Gameplay

4.1. Objective

The primary objective of Doink! is to be the first player to successfully play all of the cards from your hand.

4.2. Playing a Round

1. The player to the left of the dealer begins the game. Play proceeds clockwise.
2. On your turn, play one card from your hand that matches either the color or the farm animal of the top card on the discard pile.
3. If you cannot play a card, you must draw one card from the draw pile. If the drawn card can be played, you may play it immediately. Otherwise, your turn ends.
4. Special Cards:
   • +2 Card: When played, the next player in turn order must draw two cards and loses their turn.
   • Reverse Card: Changes the direction of play (clockwise becomes counter-clockwise, and vice-versa).
   • Skip Card: Skips the next player's turn.

4.3. The "Doink!" Card

• When a "Doink!" card is played, all players must immediately react.
• Players must quickly grab the colored pig from the platform that matches the color of the most cards currently in their hand.
• The player who successfully grabs the correct pig first discards all cards of that matching color from their hand.
• If a player grabs the wrong pig, or is too slow to grab any pig, they must draw 3 cards as a penalty.
• The Black (Wild) pig can be grabbed if no other color pig matches the majority of cards in a player's hand, or if a player wishes to discard black cards.

4.4. Winning the Game

The first player to successfully play all of their cards from their hand wins the game. If the draw pile runs out, shuffle the discard pile (excluding the top card) to create a new draw pile.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: To clean the game components, gently wipe them with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse components in water.
• Storage: Store all game components in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This helps prevent damage and loss of parts.

6. Troubleshooting

• Missing Components: If any components are missing upon opening the game, please contact Goliath customer support for assistance.

• Pigs Not Balancing on Platform: Ensure the game platform is placed on a completely flat and stable surface. Uneven surfaces can cause the pigs to be unstable.
