Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your SteelSeries Stratus Duo controller, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the controller. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild electronics cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to preserve battery health.
- Battery Care: While the controller has a robust battery, avoid completely draining it frequently. Recharge when the low battery indicator appears.
- USB Dongle: When not in use, consider removing the 2.4GHz USB dongle from your device to prevent accidental damage.
