2. Setup
2.1 Button Functions

- ADJUST Button: Used to enter and exit setting modes, and to confirm selections.
- MODE Button: Cycles through different watch modes (Timekeeping, Stopwatch, Timer, Alarm).

2.2 Setting Time and Date
- In Timekeeping Mode, press and hold the ADJUST button until the city code starts to flash.
- Use the FORWARD/REVERSE buttons to select your desired city code (time zone).
- Press the MODE button to cycle through the settings: DST (Daylight Saving Time), 12/24-hour format, seconds, hour, minute, year, month, day.
- Use the FORWARD/REVERSE buttons to adjust each flashing value.
- Press the ADJUST button to exit the setting mode.
2.3 Band Adjustment
The watch features a resin band with multiple holes for fine size adjustment, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit on the wrist. The curved tip of the band also aids in comfortable wear.
3. Operating Modes
Press the MODE button to cycle through the following modes:

- Countdown Timer Mode: Counts down from a preset time.

3.1 Stopwatch and Lap Memory

The stopwatch measures elapsed time with 1/100-second accuracy. It can record up to 60 lap times, which are stored in the Lap Memory mode. During elapsed time measurement, both the elapsed time and the current time of day can be displayed simultaneously.
- To start/stop the stopwatch: Press the START/STOP button (usually the lower right button).
- To record a lap: Press the LAP/RESET button while the stopwatch is running.
- To reset the stopwatch: Press the LAP/RESET button while the stopwatch is stopped.
- To view lap records: Enter Lap Memory mode using the MODE button and use FORWARD/REVERSE to scroll.
3.2 Countdown Timer
The countdown timer can be set for durations up to 24 hours. An alarm sounds when the countdown reaches zero.
- To set the timer: In Countdown Timer Mode, press and hold ADJUST. Use MODE to select hours/minutes/seconds and FORWARD/REVERSE to adjust. Press ADJUST to confirm.
- To start/stop the timer: Press the START/STOP button.
3.3 Alarm

- To set the alarm: In Alarm Mode, press and hold ADJUST. Use MODE to select hours/minutes and FORWARD/REVERSE to adjust. Press ADJUST to confirm.
