5. Replace the outer flange nut and tighten it clockwise with the spanner wrench while holding the spindle lock button. Do not overtighten.

5.1 Starting and Stopping the Grinder

• To Start: Plug the tool into a suitable power outlet. Press the ON/OFF switch. Due to the soft-start feature, the disc will gradually reach full speed.
• To Stop: Release the ON/OFF switch. If using the lock-on feature, press the switch again to release the lock and turn off the tool.
• No-Volt Release: If power is interrupted during operation, the tool will not restart automatically when power is restored. You must manually reset the ON/OFF switch to restart.
