Before First Use

  1. Unpack the oven and all accessories. Remove any packaging materials, stickers, or labels.
  2. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (food tray, wire rack, rotisserie fork, tray handle, rotisserie handle) in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the appliance. Maintain at least 10 cm clearance from walls or other objects.
  4. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Before cooking food, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 230°C with the function selector set to both upper and lower heating. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight smoke or odor is normal during this initial operation. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Operating Your Oven

General Cooking

  1. Place the wire rack or food tray with your food inside the oven.
  2. Close the oven door securely.
  3. Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature.
  4. Turn the Function Selector Knob to the desired cooking mode (e.g., upper heat, lower heat, or both).
  5. Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The power indicator light will illuminate. If cooking for longer than 60 minutes, select 'Stay On' and monitor cooking manually.
  6. When the cooking time expires, the timer will chime, and the oven will turn off. If using 'Stay On', manually turn the Timer Knob to 'OFF'.
  7. Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts and the tray handle.

Using the Rotisserie Function

  1. Securely attach the food (e.g., chicken) to the rotisserie fork.
  2. Insert the rotisserie fork into the designated slots inside the oven.
  3. Close the oven door.
  4. Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature.
  5. Turn the Function Selector Knob to the rotisserie setting (usually indicated by a rotating spit icon).
  6. Set the Timer Knob for the required cooking duration.
  7. Monitor the cooking process. Once complete, turn the Timer Knob to 'OFF'.
  8. Use the rotisserie handle to carefully remove the hot rotisserie fork and food from the oven.

Care and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your oven.

  1. Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Do not immerse the oven unit, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
  3. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  4. Remove the food tray, wire rack, and rotisserie fork. Wash them in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. These accessories are generally not dishwasher safe.
  5. To clean the interior, wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaning pad can be used. Ensure all detergent residue is removed.
  6. Clean the double glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.
  7. Ensure all parts are completely dry before plugging the oven back in or storing it.
