Formatting Memory
If you encounter a "Card fragment fail" message, it is recommended to format the camera's internal memory. This will delete all stored data. To do this, enter the camera's memory interface and select the format option. Ensure you back up any important footage before formatting.
Troubleshooting
- Image Freezing / Button Malfunction: If the image freezes or buttons become unresponsive, press the reset button located under the middle rubber port. This will reset the camera. Only use this button in cases of abnormal operation.
- Auxiliary Camera Port Incompatibility: If an auxiliary camera from another brand does not fit the CammPro port, it indicates an incompatibility. The port is designed for CammPro auxiliary cameras.
- Organizing and Deleting Video: Connect the camera to a PC using the original USB cable. When the password input interface appears on the camera screen, press the "OK" button six times (password 000000) to access the camera's storage. You can then copy or delete videos from the removable disk on your computer.
- Management Software Issues:
- The management software is compatible with Windows computers only.
- This software is primarily for changing the camera ID and password, which is typically not required for personal use. The camera functions fully without it.
- If you need to install the software, ensure the driver installs successfully. Do not enter a password on the camera when using the software.
- Forgotten Password: If you have changed the original password and forgotten the new one, please contact CammPro customer support for assistance.
- "Card fragment fail" Message: This message indicates an issue with the internal memory. Enter the camera's memory interface and perform a format (this will erase all data).
