Installation Instructions
1. Pre-Installation
- Turn off power: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse box that supplies power to the light fixture location. Turn off the power completely before proceeding.
- Prepare the area: Clear the work area and ensure you have all necessary tools (screwdriver, wire strippers, electrical tape, safety glasses, gloves).
- Remove old fixture (if applicable): Carefully disconnect and remove any existing light fixture.
2. Mounting the Fixture
- Attach mounting plate: Secure the mounting plate (included in hardware kit) to your electrical junction box using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Wire connections: Carefully connect the electrical wires:
- Connect the fixture's black wire to the house's black (hot) wire.
- Connect the fixture's white wire to the house's white (neutral) wire.
- Connect the fixture's ground wire to the house's ground wire (or to the mounting plate if no house ground wire is available).
- Secure the fixture: Align the fixture body with the mounting plate and secure it using the screws provided. This fixture can be installed vertically or horizontally.
- Install bulb and glass shade: Insert one E26 medium base bulb (max 60W, not included) into the socket. Carefully place the frosted glass shade into the fixture and secure it according to the design.
- Restore power: Once the fixture is securely installed and all connections are checked, restore power at the circuit breaker.

Operating Instructions
This outdoor wall light fixture operates via a standard wall switch (not included). Once installed and power is restored, simply toggle the wall switch to turn the light on or off. The fixture is compatible with dimmer switches if you wish to control light intensity (dimmer switch sold separately).
Maintenance
- Cleaning: To clean the fixture, ensure power is off. Wipe the metal surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For the glass shade, use a mild glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Bulb Replacement: Ensure power is off before replacing the bulb. Carefully remove the glass shade, unscrew the old bulb, and screw in a new E26 medium base bulb (max 60W). Reattach the glass shade securely.
- Periodic Inspection: Periodically check all connections and mounting hardware for tightness and signs of wear or corrosion.
