5. Setup

  2. Place the sauna blanket on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the blanket for air circulation.
  3. Connect the blanket's cables to the corresponding output ports on the control unit.

6. Operating Instructions

The sauna blanket can be operated using the control unit or the remote control.

6.1 Using the Control Unit

  1. Press the power button on the control unit to turn it on.
  2. Use the 'TIME' adjustment buttons (up/down arrows) to set the desired session duration.
  3. Use the 'TEMP' adjustment buttons (up/down arrows for Output 1 and Output 2) to set the desired temperature for each section of the blanket.
  4. The blanket will begin heating once settings are confirmed.

6.2 Using the Remote Control

The remote control provides convenient adjustment of settings.

  1. Press the red 'Switch' button to power on/off the blanket.
  2. Use the 'Temperature Adjustment +' and '-' buttons for Output 1 to control the temperature of the upper section.
  3. Use the 'Temperature Adjustment +' and '-' buttons for Output 2 to control the temperature of the lower section.
  4. Use the 'Time Adjustment +' and '-' buttons to set the session duration.

6.3 Usage Guidelines

For optimal experience:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing or use a thin sheet inside the blanket to absorb perspiration.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking water before and after your session.
  • The blanket is designed to cover the body from the arms to the calves, targeting areas such as arms, abdomen, legs, and calves.

7. Care and Maintenance
