4. Setup
4.1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to the battery's charge socket and then plug the charger into a power outlet. The charger's indicator light will show the charging status. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.
4.2. Installation on E-bike
This battery is designed for compatibility with various e-bikes, including Mifa, Rehberg, Zündapp, and Ansmann systems. Ensure the battery dimensions (318x126x44 mm) are suitable for your e-bike's battery compartment before installation. Refer to your e-bike's manual for specific installation instructions.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Powering On/Off
To turn the battery on or off, press the power switch located on the side of the battery. Ensure the battery is switched on before operating your e-bike.

5.2. Checking Battery Level
The battery is equipped with a power indicator light. Press the dedicated button next to the indicator lights to visually check the battery's charge level. When fully charged, it displays 1 red light and 3 green lights. When only the last red light appears, the battery charge is low and requires recharging.

5.3. Charging the Battery
Connect the 42V 2A charger to the battery's charge socket. The charge current for this socket should not exceed 5 amps. A full charge typically takes approximately 6 hours. Always ensure the charger is disconnected once charging is complete.
6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your battery:
- Regular Charging: Even if not in regular use, charge the battery at least once every three months to maintain cell health.
- Cleaning: Keep the battery and its terminals clean and dry. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe off any dust or dirt.
- Storage: For long-term storage, store the battery in a cool, dry place, ideally at around 50% charge. Avoid storing in extreme temperatures.
- Avoid Deep Discharge: Do not allow the battery to fully discharge frequently, as this can reduce its lifespan. Recharge promptly when the low battery indicator appears.
