Setup

1. Placement and Power Connection

Place the display receiver on a stable surface or mount it on a wall using the integrated mounting points. Ensure it is within optimal range of the call buttons (100-150m outdoors, 30-50m indoors without obstacles). Connect the power adapter to the display receiver and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

2. Connecting Call Buttons to Display

To ensure the call buttons communicate with the display, they must be paired. Follow these steps:

1. On the display, press the 'SET' button (usually the top button on the side) until 'F1' appears.
2. Press 'SET' again to enter 'E1' (Storage Mode).
3. The display will show '00'. Press the 'NEXT' button on the call button you wish to pair. The display will show '01' (or the next sequential number) and a 'Success' voice prompt.
4. Repeat for all additional call buttons.
5. Press 'SET' to exit pairing mode.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Calling (NEXT Button)

To call the next number in the queue, simply press the 'NEXT' button on the call transmitter. The display will advance to the next sequential number (e.g., from 001 to 002) and announce it. By default, numbers are called in sequence from 001 to 999.

2. Setting Start and End Numbers

The system allows you to customize the starting and ending numbers for your queue (from 001 to 999 or A01 to A99). This is useful if you don't need the full range of 999 numbers or prefer an alphanumeric start.

1. On the display, press the 'SET' button until 'Fp' appears. This is the setting for the starting number.
2. Use the up/down arrows on the display or remote to adjust the desired starting number (e.g., 056 or A01).
3. Press 'SET' to confirm and save the starting number.
4. Repeat a similar process for setting the end number if needed (refer to the full manual for specific menu options for end number).

3. Power-off Memory Function

A key feature of this system is its power-off memory. If the system is turned off or loses power, it automatically stores the last called number. When power is reconnected, the system will resume calling from 'last number + 1', ensuring continuity in your queue.

4. Voice Modes and Volume Adjustment

The display receiver offers adjustable voice modes and volume levels to suit your environment. You can choose between a simple 'ding-dong' sound or an English voice reminder (e.g., "Please, Number XXX, go to counter").

• Voice Modes: DINGDONG, DINGDONG+Number XXX (default), DINGDONG+Please number XXX go to counter, Music.
• Volume Adjust: Levels 0-20.

5. Remote Control Functions

The remote control provides additional functionalities for managing the queue system:

• LAST Key: Calls the previous number.
• NEXT Key: Calls the next number (same as call button).
• RECALL Key: Re-calls the current number.
• Quick Call: Directly enter a specific number (001-999) using the numeric keypad to call a particular customer temporarily.
• Power On/Off: Turn the display on or off.
• Pause: Temporarily pause the display.

6. Returning to Zero (Reset)

To reset the queue and return the display to the starting number (default 000 or your set start number), use the remote control:

1. Press the 'RESET/ENT' button on the remote control three times consecutively.
2. The display will show 'RESET'.
3. The number will then return to the starting number.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the display and call buttons with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the surface.
