4. Setup

Before first use, ensure the following setup steps are completed:

  1. Battery Installation: The unit requires 2 AAA batteries (included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the digital gauge and insert the batteries, observing polarity.
  2. Attach Air Chuck: Select the appropriate air chuck for your application. Screw the chosen chuck onto the threaded end of the inflator hose until secure. Use the provided thread seal tape on the threads for an airtight connection if necessary.
  3. Connect to Air Compressor: The inflator features a 1/4 NPT quick connect fitting. Connect this fitting to your air compressor's hose. Ensure a secure connection to prevent air leaks.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for accurate tire pressure measurement and inflation:

  1. Power On: Press the "ON" button to turn on the digital display. The display will show "0.0" or the last measured pressure.
  2. Select Unit: Press the "UNIT" button repeatedly to cycle through the available pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPA, and Kgf/cm². Select your preferred unit.
  3. Check Pressure: Firmly press the chosen air chuck onto the tire valve stem. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage. The current tire pressure will be displayed instantly on the LCD screen.
  4. Inflate Tire: If inflation is needed, ensure the inflator is connected to an air compressor. Press the trigger handle to begin inflating the tire. Monitor the digital display for the desired pressure. Release the trigger to stop inflation.
  5. Deflate Tire: If the tire is over-inflated, press the air bleeder valve (located near the trigger) to release air. Monitor the digital display until the desired pressure is reached.
  6. Power Off: The unit will automatically power off after 2.5 minutes of inactivity. You can also manually turn it off by pressing and holding the "ON" button.
