Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and proper use, assembly, and maintenance of your Nerf Fortnite AR-L Elite Dart Blaster. Please read all instructions carefully before operating the blaster.

WARNING: Do not aim at eyes or face. Use only official Nerf darts. Other darts may not meet safety standards. Do not modify darts or blaster.

Setup
1. Battery Installation
The blaster requires 4 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries (not included). A Phillips/cross head screwdriver is required.
- Locate the battery compartment on the left side of the blaster.
- Unscrew the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the cover and tighten the screw.

2. Dart Loading
- Take the 10-dart clip.
- Insert one dart at a time into the clip until it is full. Do not overfill.
3. Clip Insertion
- Hold the blaster with one hand.
- Insert the loaded 10-dart clip into the magazine well on the underside of the blaster until it clicks securely into place.

Operating the Blaster
1. Powering On and Firing
Ensure the access door is fully closed and the clip is inserted completely.
- Hold the blaster firmly.
- Press and hold the acceleration button (located below the trigger) to power up the motor. You will hear a whirring sound.
- While holding the acceleration button, pull the trigger to fire a dart.
- Release the trigger to stop firing. Release the acceleration button to power down the motor.

2. Reloading
- When the clip is empty, press the clip release button (located in front of the trigger guard).
- Remove the empty clip from the blaster.
- Load new darts into the clip as described in the 'Dart Loading' section.
- Insert the reloaded clip back into the blaster until it clicks.

3. Using Flip-Up Sights
The blaster features two flip-up sights for aiming:
- To deploy the sights, gently push them upwards until they lock into position.
- To fold them down, push them back into their recessed positions.
Maintenance
1. Clearing Dart Jams
If a dart becomes jammed:
- Release the acceleration button and remove your finger from the trigger.
- Open the access door on the side of the blaster.
- Carefully remove any jammed darts.
- Close the access door completely. The blaster will not fire if the access door is open.

2. Storage
To maintain optimal performance, store the blaster without darts loaded in the clip.
