1. Introduction

The Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask is designed to provide soothing, effective relief for various eye conditions such as dry eyes, Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), chalazion, blepharitis, and styes. It utilizes graphene heating technology to deliver Far Infrared Radiation (FIR) for deep penetration and comfort, similar to natural sunshine. The mask is filled with natural flaxseeds to enhance the warm compress effect and maintain moisture.

3. Setup Instructions

1. Connect the Eye Mask: Plug the eye mask's Type-C plug into the Type-C socket on the controller.
2. Connect to Power: Insert the USB plug from the controller into a 5V/1A USB outlet. This can be a power bank, a laptop USB socket, or a wall charger using the provided USB power adapter.
3. Slightly Dampen (Optional): For moist heat, lightly dampen the gray fabric side of the mask with water. A honeycomb pattern may appear, indicating the graphene material.
4. Adjust Strap: Adjust the elastic strap to comfortably fit around your head, ensuring the mask rests gently over your eyes without excessive pressure.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press the power button on the controller to turn on the eye mask.
2. Select Temperature: Short-press the temperature button to cycle through the 5 heat levels (104℉, 113℉, 121℉, 131℉, 140℉). Choose your desired heat setting.
3. Set Timer: Short-press the timer button to select the desired duration (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 minutes). The mask will automatically turn off after the selected time.
4. Application: Place the mask over your eyes. Ensure the gray fabric side is in contact with your eyelids for optimal heat transfer.
5. Power Off: Long-press the power button to turn off the mask manually at any time.

Important Note: The ambient temperature can affect how warm the mask feels. Adjust the temperature setting to your comfort. Always be aware of the temperature to prevent moderate temperature burns. Do not use while sleeping or unconscious, and do not pull the eye mask by the supply cord.

The Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask features a removable and washable cover to ensure hygiene and longevity. The mask itself is not washable.

• Cleaning the Cover: Remove the gray fabric cover from the eye mask. Hand wash the cover with mild soap and water, or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry completely before reattaching to the mask.
• Storage: Store the eye mask in a clean, dry place when not in use.

6. Troubleshooting

• Q: Why this heated eye mask can't hold a charge?

  A: This is a corded heated eye mask. There is no battery inside the eye mask. Keep it powered on when using it.

• Q: I think this heated eye mask is either too hot or not hot enough.

  A: The ambient temperature varies for each person using the heated eye mask, with differences as significant as 50°F between summer and winter. Additionally, individual preferences and tolerance to heat differ. You can adjust the temperature settings by short-pressing the button to suit your needs.

• Q: Why this heated eye mask is smaller than normal heated eye mask?

  A: Because this smaller heated eye mask can more precisely heat the eye area to unclog the meibomian glands, relieving dry eye symptoms.
