3. Setup
Attaching the Auxiliary Handle
- Ensure the angle grinder is unplugged from the power supply.
- The auxiliary handle can be screwed into either of the two threaded holes on the gear head, depending on your preferred working position and hand dominance.
- Tighten the handle securely by hand.
Installing/Changing the Cutting Disc
- Ensure the angle grinder is unplugged from the power supply.
- Press and hold the spindle lock button to prevent the spindle from rotating.
- Using the provided spanner wrench, loosen and remove the clamping nut (if a disc is already installed).
- Place the backing flange onto the spindle.
- Position the new 125 mm cutting or grinding disc onto the backing flange, ensuring it is centered.
- Screw the clamping nut back onto the spindle.
- Press the spindle lock button again and tighten the clamping nut firmly with the spanner wrench.
- Release the spindle lock before operating the tool.
4. Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- To Turn On: Push the slide switch forward. For continuous operation, push it further forward until it locks into place.
- To Turn Off: For continuous operation, press the rear part of the slide switch to release the lock. For momentary operation, simply release the switch.
- Due to the restart protection, if the power supply is interrupted, the tool will not restart automatically. You must manually reset the switch to the OFF position and then back to ON.
Grinding and Cutting Techniques
Always ensure proper ventilation and wear appropriate safety gear when operating the angle grinder.

- Grinding: Hold the angle grinder at an angle of approximately 15-30 degrees to the workpiece. Apply moderate pressure and move the tool evenly across the surface.
- Cutting: For cutting, hold the angle grinder at a 90-degree angle to the workpiece. Apply light, consistent pressure and allow the disc to do the work. Do not force the tool.
- Spark Direction: Position yourself and the tool so that sparks are directed away from your body and any flammable materials.
- Overloading: Avoid overloading the tool. If the motor slows down significantly, reduce pressure.
- Cooling: Allow the tool to cool down during prolonged use by running it at no load for a short period.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your angle grinder. Always disconnect the tool from the power supply before any maintenance.
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the ventilation slots to prevent overheating. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris. Do not use water or solvents.
