5. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to connect your Sony Handycam camcorder to a television using the VMC-15FS A/V Cable:

  1. Locate the Camcorder Port: Find the 10-pin AV output port on your Sony Handycam camcorder. This port is typically labeled 'A/V OUT' or similar.
  2. Connect to Camcorder: Insert the 10-pin connector of the VMC-15FS cable firmly into the camcorder's AV output port.
  3. Identify TV Inputs: On your television or display device, identify the corresponding input ports:
    • S-Video port (for higher quality video, if available).
    • Yellow RCA port for composite video.

6. Operating Instructions

Once the cable is securely connected, follow these steps to view your camcorder's content on your television:
