Follow these steps to operate your Aobosi SJE-006 Slow Juicer and enjoy fresh, nutritious juice.
4.1 Preparation of Ingredients
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Peel fruits with thick skins (e.g., oranges, lemons, pineapples).
- Remove hard seeds or pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, cherries, mangoes) to prevent damage to the auger.
- Cut ingredients into small pieces (approximately 1-2 inches or 2-5 cm) that fit easily into the feeding chute. For fibrous vegetables like celery or leafy greens, cut them into shorter lengths to prevent clogging.
4.2 Juicing Process
- Ensure the juicer is correctly assembled and locked.
- Place the juice cup under the juice spout and the pulp cup under the pulp outlet.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the "ON" button to start the juicer.
- Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feeding chute. Use the food pusher gently to guide ingredients down. Do not force ingredients.
- The juicer will extract juice, which will flow into the juice cup, and the pulp will be expelled into the pulp cup.
- Once all ingredients are processed, press the "OFF" button to stop the juicer.
- Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
4.3 Reverse Function
If ingredients become jammed or the juicer stops during operation, press and hold the "R" (Reverse) button for a few seconds. This will rotate the auger in the opposite direction to dislodge the blockage. Release the "R" button, then press "ON" to resume juicing. If the blockage persists, disassemble the juicer, clear the obstruction, and reassemble before continuing.
