Setup

  1. Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge the speaker's built-in rechargeable battery. Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 9V input on the rear panel and plug it into a standard 110/240V AC outlet. The charging indicator light will show red while charging and turn blue when fully charged. A full charge typically takes 6-8 hours.
  2. Power On/Off: Locate the POWER switch on the rear panel. Flip it to the 'ON' position to power on the speaker. Flip to 'OFF' to power down.
  3. Positioning: Place the speaker on a stable, flat surface. Utilize the telescoping handle and rolling wheels for easy movement.

  • LED Display: Shows current mode and track information.
  • USB Port: For USB flash drive playback.
  • AUX Input (3.5mm): Connect external audio devices.
  • MIC IN (1/4-inch): Connect a microphone.
  • Volume Knobs: Adjust Master Volume, AUX, Bass, Treble, Echo, and Mic Volume.
  • Power Switch: Turns the unit on/off.
  • Light Switch: Controls the LED party lights.

  • Charge Indicator: Red for charging, Blue for fully charged.

1. Bluetooth Connectivity

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on.
  2. Press the 'MODE' button on the speaker's control panel or remote until "BLUE" appears on the LED display.
  3. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "PYLEUSA" from the list of devices to pair.
  5. Once connected, you can stream audio wirelessly. Adjust volume using your device and the speaker's Master Volume knob.

2. USB Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive (up to 16GB, MP3 format) into the USB port on the rear panel.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB mode and begin playing MP3 files. If not, press the 'MODE' button.
  3. Use the playback controls (Play/Pause, Next/Previous Track) on the speaker or remote control.

3. AUX (3.5mm) Input

  1. Connect your external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, CD player) to the AUX input using a 3.5mm audio cable.
  2. Press the 'MODE' button until "AUX" is displayed.
  3. Control playback and volume from your external device and the speaker's AUX/Master Volume knobs.

4. Microphone Input

  1. Connect a 1/4-inch microphone to the MIC IN port.
  2. Adjust the microphone volume using the 'MIC VOL' knob.
  3. Use the 'ECHO' knob to add an echo effect to the microphone audio.
  4. The Microphone Priority 'Talk-Over' button allows the microphone audio to temporarily lower the music volume when speaking.

5. FM Radio

  1. Extend the antenna on the rear panel for better reception.
  2. Press the 'MODE' button until "FM" is displayed.
  3. Use the 'Play/Pause' button to auto-scan and save available FM stations.
  4. Use the 'Next/Previous Track' buttons to navigate through saved stations.

6. Tone and Volume Adjustment

  • Use the 'BASS' and 'TREBLE' knobs to adjust the low and high frequencies of the audio output.
  • The 'VOLUME' knob controls the overall master volume of the speaker.

7. LED Party Lights

  • Flip the 'Light Switch' on the rear panel to 'ON' to activate the multi-color flashing LED lights.
  • The lights will bounce and pulse to the music beat.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker's exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Care: To preserve battery life, fully charge the battery before long periods of storage. Unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged.
