Operating Instructions

Cutting Potatoes and Other Vegetables

  1. Prepare Vegetable: Wash and peel the potato or other vegetable. For large potatoes, it is necessary to cut a small edge on the end and place the sliced flat end against the pushing plate for stability and even cutting. Ensure the vegetable fits within the 5.58" x 3.51" cutter box.
  2. Position Vegetable: Place the prepared vegetable into the cutter box, ensuring it is centered and aligned with the pushing plate.
  3. Cut: With one hand holding the base firmly, use the other hand to push the handle down with a steady, firm motion. The vegetable will be pushed through the blade, creating uniform strips.
  4. Collect: Place a bowl or plate at the end of the cutter to collect the cut strips.
