1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Battery

The screwdriver is powered by a Li-Ion 3.6 V, 800 mAh battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery.

  1. Locate the protective cap covering the charging port on the screwdriver. Remove the cap.
  2. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the screwdriver's Micro USB-Type B port.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter 5V-1A).
  4. The battery charging lamp will illuminate during charging. A full charge takes approximately 60 minutes.
  5. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and replace the protective cap.

4.2. Installing a Bit

The screwdriver uses 6.35 mm hex bits.

  1. Pull the aluminum sleeve chuck forward.
  2. Insert the desired bit into the chuck.
  3. Release the sleeve chuck to secure the bit in place. Ensure the bit is firmly seated before operation.

5. Operation

5.1. Electric Mode

To use the screwdriver in electric mode:

  1. Select the appropriate bit and install it securely.
  2. Position the screwdriver bit onto the screw head.
  3. Push the slide switch forward for tightening (clockwise rotation) or backward for loosening (counter-clockwise rotation).
  4. The screwdriver will operate electrically. Release the switch to stop.

5.2. Manual Mode

For initial screw starting, final tightening, or when the electric torque is insufficient (up to 10 Nm endurance torque), use the manual mode.

  1. With the bit engaged in the screw, simply turn the screwdriver handle manually. The motor will disengage, allowing for manual torque application.
  2. Caution: Avoid excessive manual tightening or loosening beyond the specified 10 Nm endurance torque, as this may lead to tool damage.

5.3. LED Light

The integrated LED light activates automatically when the screwdriver is in operation, illuminating the work area.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Battery Care

  • Charge the battery regularly, even if not in frequent use, to maintain battery health.
  • Avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.
  • Store the screwdriver in a cool, dry place when not in use.

6.2. Cleaning

  • Wipe the screwdriver body with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Keep the bit chuck free from debris.

6.3. Bit Care

  • Ensure bits are clean and free from rust or damage.
  • Replace worn or damaged bits to prevent cam-out and damage to screw heads.
