1. Introduction

The Manelord Auto Body Dent Repair Kit is designed for the efficient removal of minor to deep dents from various metal surfaces. This kit utilizes a leverage principle for ergonomic and labor-saving operation, making it suitable for repairing door dings and hail damage on automobiles, refrigerators, washing machines, and other metal surfaces. The tools are crafted from tempered high-carbon stainless steel and standard stainless steel, with high-quality rubber precision packaging on contact parts to prevent damage to original paint.

Note: This product is effective for thin metal surfaces and is not suitable for metal surfaces exceeding 1cm. For optimal results, it is suggested to use a hot melt glue gun and hot melt glue sticks with this dent repair tool.

3. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for effective dent removal:

1. Clean the Dent Area: Thoroughly clean the dented surface with a clean damp cloth and mark the center of the dent if necessary. Ensure the surface is dry and free of any wax or debris for optimal glue adhesion.
2. Heat the Glue Gun: Plug in the 20W glue gun and allow it to heat up for approximately 3-5 minutes until the hot melt glue stick is fully melted and ready for application.
3. Select and Apply Glue Tab: Choose a suitable glue puller tab that best matches the size and shape of the dent. Apply a generous amount of hot glue onto the chosen tab.
4. Attach Tab to Dent: Quickly and firmly stick the glue-covered tab directly onto the center of the dent. Press it gently to ensure good contact. Allow the glue to dry and solidify for at least 5-10 minutes, depending on ambient temperature and humidity.
5. Position the Golden Dent Puller: Place the golden dent puller over the attached tab. Ensure the puller's feet are firmly on the car's surface, surrounding the tab. Adjust the puller's level and rotate the knob to secure it in place, making sure the center rod aligns with the tab. Ensure the puller's legs do not scratch the car's paint.
6. Pull the Dent: Slowly and gradually squeeze the handles of the dent puller. Apply gentle, consistent pressure. You may hear a 'pop' sound as the dent begins to pull out. Repeat this process a few times if necessary, allowing the glue to re-harden between pulls.
7. Remove Glue and Clean: Once the dent is sufficiently pulled, twist off the nut on the puller to release the tab. Spray some alcohol (using the provided empty bottle) around the glue residue on the car and the tab. Use the glue shovels or plastic wedges to carefully remove the softened glue from the surface and the tab. Wipe the area clean with the black clean cloth.
8. Refine with Tap Down Pens (Optional): If the pulled area is slightly raised or 'over-pulled', use the rubber hammer and the black plastic tap down pens to gently tap the raised area back into alignment with the surrounding surface. Use light, controlled taps.
