  • Battery Replacement: When the mouse performance degrades or it stops responding, it's likely time to replace the AA battery. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 3.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, turn off the mouse using the ON/OFF switch to further conserve battery life. Store the USB Nano Receiver inside the mouse to prevent loss.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your JOYACCESS Wireless Mouse, try the following common solutions:

  • Mouse Not Responding:
    • Ensure the mouse is turned 'ON' using the switch on the bottom.
    • Check if the battery is correctly installed and has sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
    • Verify that the USB Nano Receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
    • Move the mouse closer to the USB Nano Receiver to ensure it's within the effective 10-meter range.
  • Erratic Cursor Movement:
    • Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse.
    • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Avoid highly reflective or transparent surfaces like glass.
    • Adjust the DPI setting using the DPI button to see if a different sensitivity improves performance.
  • Connection Issues:
    • Unplug the USB Nano Receiver, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in.
    • Restart your computer.
