  • Ground Installation: Use the included ground stake to firmly secure the solar panel in a sunny spot.
  • Wall/Fence Mounting: Utilize the mounting clips and screws to attach the solar panel to a wall, fence, or other vertical surface.
  • Ensure the solar panel is angled to maximize sun exposure throughout the day. The panel is 180-degree adjustable.

  • Use the provided cable ties or hooks to secure the string lights along your desired path (e.g., patio perimeter, fence, pergola).
  • Ensure the bulbs hang freely and are not obstructed.
  • Important: These string lights are not connectable to other sets.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Brightown Solar String Lights, follow these maintenance tips:

  • Clean the Solar Panel: Periodically wipe the solar panel surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures efficient sunlight absorption.
  • Check Connections: Regularly inspect all connections, especially the one between the solar panel and the light string, to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
  • Bulb Inspection: While the bulbs are shatterproof, occasionally check them for any physical damage or signs of wear. Replace any damaged bulbs promptly.
  • Winter Care: In areas with heavy snow or prolonged periods of low sunlight, consider bringing the solar panel indoors or clearing snow from its surface to protect it and maintain battery health.
