Setup
- Insert into Car Socket: Plug the HOCO E19 into your car's 12V/24V cigarette lighter socket. The device will power on and the digital display will light up.
- Set FM Frequency:
- Tune your car's FM radio to an empty frequency (one with no strong broadcast signal).
- Press and hold the multi-function knob until the digital display starts flashing.
- Rotate the knob left or right to adjust the FM frequency of the E19 to match your car's radio frequency.
- Press the knob once to confirm the frequency setting.
- Pair with Bluetooth (Optional):
- On your mobile phone, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "HOCO E19" from the list to pair. A voice prompt will confirm successful connection.
Operating Instructions
1. Music Playback:
- Via Bluetooth: Once paired, audio from your phone will automatically stream through the E19 to your car's speakers.
- Via USB Disk: Insert a USB flash drive (up to 32GB, formatted as FAT32) containing MP3/WMA/WAV/FLAC audio files into the "MP3" USB port. The device will automatically detect and play the music.
- Control:
- Press the multi-function knob: Play/Pause.
- Rotate knob clockwise: Next track.
- Rotate knob counter-clockwise: Previous track.
- Rotate knob while playing: Adjust volume.
2. Hands-Free Calling:
- Answer Call: Press the multi-function knob once.
- End Call: Press the multi-function knob once during a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function knob for 2 seconds.
- Redial Last Number: Double-press the multi-function knob.
3. Device Charging:
- Connect your mobile phone or tablet to either USB port using a compatible charging cable.
- The 2.4A USB port provides faster charging for devices that support it.
Maintenance
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
