This device converts 110V/220V AC input to a stable 5V DC output, suitable for various applications such as WS2811/2801/WS2812B/WS2813 LED strip pixel lights, CCTV cameras, security systems, and computer projects.
Please read these instructions carefully before installation and use, and retain them for future reference.
2. Safety Information and Warnings
- Indoor Use Only: This power supply is designed for indoor use exclusively. Do not expose it to moisture or outdoor elements.
- Input Voltage Selection: Before connecting the power supply to an AC source, ensure the 110V/220V switch is set correctly for your region. For the USA, set the switch to 110V. Incorrect voltage selection can cause severe damage to the unit and connected devices. The switch is located inside the cover.
- Professional Installation Recommended: Wiring should be performed by qualified personnel to prevent electrical shock or damage.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the power supply. The metal case with perforations is designed for efficient heat dissipation. Do not obstruct ventilation holes.
- Overload Protection: Do not exceed the maximum output of 5V 20A (100W). Overloading can trigger protection mechanisms or damage the unit.
- Protection Features: The unit includes Over-voltage Protection, Overload Protection, Overheating Protection, and Short Circuit Prevention.
- Voltage Adjustment: The output voltage can be adjusted by approximately 15% using the +V ADJ potentiometer. Adjust carefully with a multimeter to avoid over-voltage to connected devices.

5. Setup and Installation
5.1 Input Voltage Selection
Before connecting the power supply, verify the input voltage switch setting. This switch is located on the side of the unit, often visible through the perforated casing. Ensure it matches your local AC mains voltage (e.g., 110V for North America, 220V for Europe). Failure to do so will damage the unit.
5.2 Wiring Connections
The power supply features clearly labeled screw terminals for AC input and DC output. Refer to the diagram below for correct wiring.

Image: Detailed wiring diagram showing terminal connections for AC input and DC output.
- AC Input (110V/220V):
- Connect the AC Live wire to the terminal labeled L.
- Connect the AC Neutral wire to the terminal labeled N.
- Connect the Ground wire to the terminal labeled with the GND symbol (⏚).
- DC Output (5V):
- Connect the positive (+) lead of your 5V device to the terminals labeled +V. There are two +V terminals provided.
- Connect the negative (-) lead of your 5V device to the terminals labeled -V (or COM). There are two -V terminals provided.
- Voltage Adjustment: The +V ADJ terminal is a potentiometer for fine-tuning the output voltage. Use a small screwdriver to adjust it within approximately 15% of 5V. Always use a multimeter to verify the output voltage before connecting sensitive devices.
Note: Power cords and extension wires are not included with this product. You will need to provide your own appropriate wiring.

6. Operating Instructions
- Initial Check: Before powering on, double-check all wiring connections and ensure the input voltage switch is correctly set.
- Power On: Connect the AC input to a suitable power source. The indicator light on the unit should illuminate, indicating power is supplied.
- Voltage Verification: It is recommended to measure the output voltage with a multimeter at the +V and -V terminals to confirm it is stable at 5V before connecting your devices.
- Connecting Devices: Once the output voltage is verified, connect your 5V devices to the +V and -V terminals. Ensure the total current draw does not exceed 20A.
- Voltage Adjustment (if needed): If a slight voltage adjustment is required, carefully turn the +V ADJ potentiometer with a small insulated screwdriver while monitoring the output with a multimeter.
