1. Introduction

Welcome to the Hot Wheels FXN21 Auto-Lift Expressway. This motorized track set provides continuous racing action with two automatic elevators that transport Hot Wheels cars to the top of the track. Cars then race down, encountering various activation points before returning to the elevators for another ride. This set is designed for engaging play and can connect with other Hot Wheels track sets to expand your racing world.

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

  1. Carefully unpack all components from the box.
  2. Refer to the visual diagrams provided in the packaging for specific track piece connections. Ensure all track pieces are securely snapped together to prevent cars from derailing.
  3. Assemble the main auto-lift tower and connect the entry and exit tracks as indicated.
  4. Ensure all support structures are firmly in place to provide stability for the elevated track sections.

4.2 Battery Installation

The Auto-Lift Expressway requires 1 D battery (not included) for its motorized functions.

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the main auto-lift tower.
  2. Using a Phillips head screwdriver, open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 1 D battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

Note: A special screwdriver may be required for the battery compartment. Ensure you have the correct tool before attempting to open.

4.3 Connecting to Other Hot Wheels Sets

This track set features connection points that allow it to integrate with other Hot Wheels track sets (sold separately). Simply align the connection tabs and snap them together to expand your Hot Wheels city.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Ensure batteries are installed correctly. Locate the power switch on the auto-lift tower and turn it to the "ON" position. The elevators should begin to move.
  2. Load Cars: Place Hot Wheels cars onto the designated loading areas at the base of the auto-lift. The elevators are designed to carry cars two by two.
  3. Automatic Lift: The motorized elevators will automatically lift the cars to the top of the track.
  4. Racing Action: Once at the top, cars will automatically release onto the downhill track sections, racing through loops, curves, and activation points.
  5. Continuous Play: As cars reach the bottom of the track, they will be directed back to the auto-lift loading area, initiating a continuous cycle of racing.
