Setup and Assembly Instructions
Assembly is required for this utility cart. Please follow these steps carefully. No additional tools are typically required beyond the included wrench, though a screwdriver may be helpful for drawer knobs.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and verify against the "Components Included" list. Place them on a clean, flat surface.
- Attach Casters: Insert the four casters into the designated holes at the bottom of the cart frames. Ensure the two locking casters are placed on the same side for easier access. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Assemble Frame: Connect the two steel cart frames using the provided crossbars and screws. Pay close attention to the orientation of the frames; one side is designed for the smaller drawers and the other for the larger drawers. Incorrect orientation will prevent drawers from fitting properly. Secure all screws with the included wrench.
- Install Top Shelf: Place the perforated steel top onto the assembled frame. It should fit securely on the top rails.
- Insert Drawers: Slide the 4 large drawers into the larger slots and the 8 medium drawers into their respective slots. Ensure they slide smoothly. If the drawers do not slide easily, check the frame assembly for correct orientation.
- Attach Drawer Knobs (Optional): If your model includes separate drawer knobs, attach them to the front of each drawer using a screwdriver.

Operating Instructions
Moving the Cart:
To move the cart, ensure both locking casters are disengaged. Gently push or pull the cart to your desired location. The 2-inch heavy-duty wheels are designed for smooth movement across various floor types.
Securing the Cart:
Once the cart is in position, engage the locking mechanism on both locking casters. This will prevent the cart from rolling unintentionally, providing stability during use.
Using the Drawers:
The plastic drawers slide in and out of the metal frame. They can be fully removed for easy access to contents or for cleaning. Organize your items by size or type within the 4 large and 8 medium drawers. Avoid overloading drawers to prevent bowing or difficulty in sliding.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Frame: Wipe the chrome-finished metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
- Cleaning the Drawers: The plastic drawers can be removed and washed with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reinserting them into the frame.
- Caster Care: Periodically check the casters for any debris (hair, lint) that might hinder smooth rolling. Clean as needed.
- Weight Capacity: Do not overload the drawers. While the frame is sturdy, excessive weight in the plastic drawers can cause them to bow or become difficult to operate.
Troubleshooting
- Drawers do not slide smoothly:
- Check if the drawers are overloaded. Reduce the weight if necessary.
- Ensure the cart frame is assembled correctly, with the drawer rails properly aligned.
- Verify that no debris is obstructing the drawer tracks.
- Cart wheels fall off or do not roll properly:
- Ensure casters are fully inserted into the frame until they click securely.
- Check for any debris wrapped around the caster wheels.
- If a caster consistently detaches, inspect the insertion point for damage. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
- Cart is unstable:
- Ensure all frame screws are tightened securely.
- Verify that both locking casters are engaged when the cart is stationary.
