2. Setup & Installation

2.1 Unpacking and Component Check

2.2 Mounting the Ceiling Plate
- Use the provided drill template to mark the drilling points on the ceiling.
- Drill holes and insert expansion rubber plugs.
- Attach the ceiling plate using the provided mounting material (screws and dowels). Ensure it is securely fastened.
2.3 Assembling the Support Frame
- Assemble the hanging rack base to the ceiling cover using M4 screws.
- Attach the P1 expansion hangers to the ceiling cover and P2 expansion hangers to the blower unit using M4 screws.
2.4 Ducting and Electrical Connection
- Connect the aluminum pipe to the exhaust outlet of the range hood.
- For ducted operation, ensure the pipe leads to an external vent. For recirculating operation, ensure activated carbon filters are installed.
- Connect the power cord to the ceiling cable. This appliance requires a 220-240V ~ 50Hz power supply. No plug is available on the device; direct wiring is required.
2.5 Installing Duct Covers
- Assemble the outer duct cover to the blower unit using M4 screws.
- Embed and fix the inner duct cover using M4 screws.
- Adjust the hanging height of the hood, maximum 140 cm, ensuring it is level and stable.
