Setup
1. Power Connection
Connect the supplied power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the radio. Plug the other end of the adapter into a standard wall outlet (100-240V~50/60Hz). The radio will power on automatically or can be switched on using the power button.

2. Network Connection
The WR230S supports both wireless (Wi-Fi) and wired (Ethernet) network connections for internet radio and media streaming.
Wireless (Wi-Fi) Connection:
- Upon first power-on, the radio will prompt you to set up the network.
- Select "Wireless Network" from the menu.
- The radio will scan for available Wi-Fi networks. Select your network from the list.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password using the controls on the radio or remote. Confirm the password.
- Once connected, the radio will display a confirmation message.
Wired (Ethernet RJ45) Connection:
- Connect one end of an Ethernet cable (RJ45) to the LAN port on the back of the radio.
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to an available LAN port on your router or network switch.
- The radio will automatically detect the wired connection and configure itself.

3. Initial Configuration
After establishing a network connection, the radio may prompt you to set the time and date. You can choose to auto-set the time and date via the internet or set it manually. Select your preferred language from the multi-language menu display (English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Polish, Russian).

Basic Navigation
Use the control knob on the front panel or the remote control to navigate through menus and select options. The 2.4" color display provides visual feedback.
Internet Radio Mode
- From the main menu, select "Internet Radio".
- You can browse stations by location, genre, or search for specific stations.
- To save a station to your favorites, press the "Favorite" button (heart icon) on the radio or remote. The radio supports up to 99 favorite presets.
- To access your saved favorites, select "My Favorites" from the Internet Radio menu.
FM Radio Mode
- Extend the telescopic antenna on the back of the radio for optimal reception.
