To obtain accurate body analysis readings, ensure your feet are bare and clean. The scale uses Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) which sends a small, safe electrical signal through your body to estimate body composition. This signal cannot pass through clothing or socks.

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
2. Open the 'WW Scales by Conair' app on your smartphone and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
3. Gently tap the center of the scale with your foot to activate it. The display will show '0.0'.
4. Step onto the scale with bare feet, positioning them on the metal electrodes. Stand still until your weight is displayed and then the body analysis measurements are complete.
5. Your measurements will automatically sync to the app.
