4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your VIVO Swivel Bolt-Down TV Stand:

  1. Attach the Support Pole to the Base: Secure the main support pole to the solid steel base plate using the provided screws. Ensure the screws are tightened firmly for stability.
  2. Attach VESA Plate to your TV: Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that match your TV's VESA mounting holes. Attach the VESA mounting plate to the back of your television. Ensure the plate is securely fastened and flush against the TV's surface.
  3. Mount TV onto the Support Pole: The support pole features a keyhole pattern with multiple slots for height adjustment. Carefully lift your TV (with the attached VESA plate) and hook the VESA plate onto the desired slots on the support pole.
  4. Secure the TV: Once the TV is hooked onto the pole, use the provided safety screws to lock the VESA plate to the support pole. This prevents accidental lifting and ensures the TV remains securely in place.
  5. Bolt-Down the Stand (Optional but Recommended for Stability): Position the assembled stand on your desired surface. Mark the locations for the bolt-down screws through the holes in the base plate. Drill pilot holes if necessary, then secure the stand to the surface using the provided bolt-down hardware. This feature enhances stability and prevents tipping.

5. Operating Instructions

Adjusting Swivel:

The stand allows for a swivel adjustment range of -30° to +30°. Gently grasp the sides of your television and rotate it to the desired viewing angle. A locking mechanism is integrated to prevent unintended movement.

Height Adjustment:

The VESA mounting plate can be positioned at different heights along the support pole during assembly. To change the height, you will need to unmount the TV, reposition the VESA plate to a different set of keyhole slots, and then re-secure the TV.
