Before using your Premium Levella Air Fryer, please read all instructions carefully and retain them for future reference. Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.

2. Product Overview

The Premium Levella 2.65L Air Fryer (PAF281) utilizes a rapid hot air circulating system to cook food with little to no oil, offering a healthier alternative to traditional frying. It features a touch control panel for easy operation.

3. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Wash the basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 10 cm / 4 inches clearance on all sides).
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Control Panel Overview

The air fryer features a digital touch control panel with various preset functions and manual temperature/time adjustments.

4.2 Cooking Process

  1. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the air fryer basket. Do not overfill.
  2. Select Settings:
    • Press the Power button to turn on the display.
    • Use the Menu button to select a preset cooking program, or manually adjust the temperature and time using the '+' and '-' buttons.
  3. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin. The air fryer will automatically preheat if necessary.
  4. Shaking/Flipping (Optional): For even cooking, especially with smaller items like fries or chicken wings, it is recommended to shake or flip the food midway through the cooking cycle. The air fryer may beep to remind you.
  5. Auto-Pause Feature: The air fryer will automatically pause when the basket is pulled out and resume when it is re-inserted.
  6. Completion: Once the set time has elapsed, the air fryer will beep to indicate cooking is complete and automatically shut off.
  7. Remove Food: Carefully pull out the basket and remove the cooked food using heat-resistant tongs.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Basket and Crisper Plate:
    • Remove the basket and crisper plate.
    • Wash them in hot water with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
    • For stubborn residue, soak the basket and plate in hot water with dish soap for about 10 minutes.
    • Note: The basket and crisper plate are not dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the non-stick coating.
  3. Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For heavy soil, use a mild detergent.
  4. Exterior: Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  5. Heating Element: Use a cleaning brush to remove any food residue from the heating element.
  6. Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the appliance in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting
