Setup and First Use

Unpacking and Placement:

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the air fryer oven.
2. Inspect the appliance for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Place the air fryer oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clear space on all sides and above the unit for proper air circulation.

Before First Use:

1. Wipe the exterior of the unit with a clean, damp cloth.
2. Wash all accessories (mesh trays, drip pan, rotisserie tools, etc.) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Insert the drip pan at the bottom of the oven.
4. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
5. Run the appliance empty for approximately 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
6. Allow the unit to cool completely before wiping down the interior with a damp cloth.

Control Panel Functions:

5. Select a preset function using the Menu button, or use the Manual button to set custom time and temperature.
6. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
7. The internal light can be turned on to monitor cooking progress.

Using the Rotisserie Function:

The rotisserie function is ideal for whole chickens, roasts, or skewers, ensuring even cooking and browning.

1. Prepare your food and secure it onto the rotisserie rod or skewer rotisserie. Ensure the weight does not exceed 5.5 pounds.
2. Insert the rotisserie rod into the designated slots inside the oven.

Dehydrate Function:

The dehydrate function allows you to make dried fruits, jerky, and other dehydrated snacks.

1. Prepare food for dehydration (e.g., thinly sliced fruits or marinated meat).
2. Arrange food in a single layer on the mesh trays.
3. Insert trays into the oven.
4. Select the Dehydrate preset. The oven will automatically set the recommended temperature and time for dehydration.
5. Monitor the food periodically until desired dryness is achieved.
