Important Safety Instructions
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic safety precautions:
- Read all instructions before operating the toaster.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse cord, plug, or toaster in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the toaster and all packaging materials. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the toaster on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls, curtains, and other heat-sensitive materials. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- First Use: Before first use, operate the toaster without bread on the highest browning setting (7) for a few cycles to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable 220-240V; 50/60Hz electrical outlet. Utilize the cable storage feature underneath the toaster to manage excess cord length.
Operating Instructions
Toasting Bread:
- Insert up to two slices of bread into the toasting slots. The automatic toast centering feature will hold the bread in place.
- Select your desired browning level using the browning control dial, from 1 (lightest) to 7 (darkest).
- Press the toast lever down until it locks into place. The toaster will begin toasting, and the cancel button will illuminate.
- Once the toasting cycle is complete, the toast will automatically pop up.
- To stop the toasting cycle at any time, press the Cancel button.
Using the Defrost Function:
This function is ideal for toasting frozen bread.
- Place frozen bread into the toasting slots.
- Select your desired browning level.
- Press the toast lever down, then press the Defrost button. The defrost button will illuminate.
- The toaster will automatically adjust the toasting time to first defrost and then toast the bread.
Using the Reheat Function:
This function is for warming up already toasted bread without further browning.
- Place the already toasted bread into the toasting slots.
- Press the toast lever down, then press the Reheat button. The reheat button will illuminate.
- The toaster will briefly warm the bread.
Using the Warming Rack:
The integrated warming rack is suitable for warming croissants, rolls, or pastries.

- Push the warming rack lever upwards to raise the integrated rack.
- Place the items to be warmed on the rack.
- Set the browning control to a low setting (e.g., 1 or 2).
- Press the toast lever down. The toaster will heat up, warming the items on the rack.
- Monitor the items to prevent burning. Press the Cancel button when warmed to your satisfaction.
- After use, push the warming rack lever downwards to retract the rack.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your toaster.
- Always unplug the toaster and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Crumb Tray: The Teesa TSA3302 features a removable crumb drawer. Pull out the crumb tray from the bottom of the toaster, empty it, and wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the toaster with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the surface. The cool-touch casing makes it safe to handle after use.
- Interior: Do not attempt to clean the inside of the toaster slots. If bread gets stuck, unplug the toaster, allow it to cool, and carefully remove the bread using non-metallic tongs.
