Setup Instructions

1. Battery Installation

Each flameless candle requires 2 AA batteries (not included).

1. Locate the battery compartment at the bottom of the candle.
2. Twist the waterproof cap counter-clockwise to open.
3. Insert 2 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Replace the waterproof cap and twist clockwise until tightly sealed to maintain water resistance.

2. Initial Power On

After installing batteries, slide the power switch on the bottom of each candle to the "ON" position. The candles should illuminate.

Operating Instructions

Using the Remote Control

Your Aignis flameless candles come with two 10-key remote controls for convenient operation.

Remote Functions:

• ON: Turns the candles on.
• OFF: Turns the candles off.
• TIMER (2H/4H/6H/8H): Sets the candles to automatically turn off after 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. The timer will cycle daily.
• MODE (Candle/Light): Switches between flickering flame effect (Candle) and steady light (Light).
• DIM (+/-): Adjusts the brightness of the candles.

Resetting the Timer

To reset the timer function, slide the power switch on the bottom of the battery-operated candle to the "OFF" position and then back to "ON". After that, press the desired timer button on the remote.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement

When the candles stop working or the light becomes dim, the batteries are too weak. Turn off the candle and replace the batteries following the installation steps outlined in the Setup section.

Storage

When not in use for an extended period, remove the batteries from the flameless candles to prevent leakage and potential damage to the internal components.

Cleaning

Wipe the candles with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the resin plastic finish.

Troubleshooting

Candle Not Lighting Up or Dim Light

Issue: The candle does not light up or the light is very dim.

Solution: Check battery installation. Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity. Replace old batteries with new ones. Make sure the power switch on the bottom is in the "ON" position.

Timer Function Not Working Correctly

Issue: The timer function is not activating or is inconsistent.

Solution: To reset the timer, slide the power switch on the bottom of the candle to "OFF" and then back to "ON". Then, press the desired timer button on the remote.

Remote Control Not Responding

Issue: The remote control does not operate the candles.

Solution: Ensure the remote control battery is not depleted. If the remote battery runs out, pull out the battery tray and replace it with a new button cell battery. Point the remote directly at the candles.

Water Leakage (for outdoor use)

Issue: Water has entered the battery compartment.

Solution: Ensure the waterproof cap on the battery compartment is twisted tightly and securely sealed after battery installation. While designed to be waterproof, prolonged submersion or extreme conditions should be avoided.
