Controls and Features:

• Play/Pause Button (Yellow): Starts or pauses playback of built-in songs or Bluetooth audio.
• Skip/Previous Track Buttons (Yellow Arrows): Navigates between built-in nursery rhymes or Bluetooth tracks.
• Record Button (Red 'R'): Initiates recording of your voice.
• Playback Button (Red Play Arrow): Plays back recorded audio.

Setup

Battery Installation

The Kidzlane Bluetooth Microphone requires 3 AAA batteries (not included).

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the microphone.
2. Using a small screwdriver, unscrew the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 3 new AAA batteries, ensuring the correct positive (+) and negative (-) polarity as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Volume Control

1. To turn on the microphone, slide the OFF/LOW/HIGH switch to either the LOW or HIGH position.
2. Select LOW for a softer volume or HIGH for increased amplification.
3. To turn off the microphone, slide the OFF/LOW/HIGH switch to the OFF position.

Playing Built-in Nursery Rhymes

The microphone comes with 10 pre-installed nursery rhymes.

1. Ensure the microphone is powered on.
2. Press the Play/Pause Button (yellow) to start playing the first nursery rhyme.
3. Press the Skip/Previous Track Buttons (yellow arrows) to navigate to the next or previous song.
4. Press the Play/Pause Button again to pause the song.

Duet Mode and Karaoke Only

Engage with the built-in songs in two different ways.

1. While a built-in song is playing, slide the DUET/Bluetooth Switch to the DUET position to hear the song with vocals.
2. Slide the DUET/Bluetooth Switch to the other position (Bluetooth icon) to hear the song with music only, allowing you to sing the lead vocals.

Bluetooth Pairing

Connect your smartphone or tablet to stream your favorite music.

1. Ensure the microphone is powered on.
2. Slide the DUET/Bluetooth Switch to the Bluetooth icon position. The microphone will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing blue light.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
4. Select "Kidz0516" from the list to pair. A confirmation sound will indicate successful pairing.
5. Once paired, you can play music from your device, and it will stream through the microphone's speaker.

Recording and Playback

Record your voice or singing for up to 100 seconds.

1. Press and hold the Record Button (red 'R') to begin recording. The microphone will indicate it's recording (e.g., with a light).
2. Speak or sing into the microphone.
3. Release the Record Button to stop recording.
4. Press the Playback Button (red play arrow) to listen to your last recording.

Voice Changer

Alter your voice for added fun.

1. While speaking or singing into the microphone, press the Voice Changer Button (blue hand icon).
2. Press it again to cycle through different voice effects or to turn off the voice changer.

Applause Feature

Celebrate your performance with a round of applause.

• Press the Applause Button (blue hand icon) to play an applause sound effect.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Wipe the microphone with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.

Storage

• Store the microphone in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
