2. Safety Instructions

4. Product Overview

Attachments Overview

The appliance comes with various attachments for different culinary tasks:

• Whisk: Ideal for whipping cream, egg whites, and light batters.
• Flat Beater: Suitable for mixing cakes, cookies, frostings, and mashed potatoes.
• Kneading Hook: Designed for heavy doughs like bread and pizza.
• Meat Grinder: For preparing fresh ground meat.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (mixing bowl, attachments, blender jug, slicer bowl, etc.) in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

5.2 Assembling the Main Unit

1. Place the main motor unit on a clean, stable, and dry surface. Ensure the anti-slip rubber feet are firmly gripping the surface.
2. Ensure the speed control dial is set to '0' (OFF) and the appliance is unplugged.
3. To raise the tilt head, press the release button located on the side of the unit and lift the head until it locks into place.
4. Place the stainless steel mixing bowl into its base, twisting it clockwise until it locks securely.
5. Select the desired attachment (whisk, flat beater, or kneading hook). Insert the attachment into the shaft and twist upwards until it clicks into place.
6. Lower the tilt head by pressing the release button again and gently pushing the head down until it locks.
7. Attach the splash guard to the mixing bowl if desired.

5.3 Attaching Other Modules

The Teesa Easy Cook EVO 4IN1 features multiple ports for different modules. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before attaching or detaching any module.

Meat Grinder Attachment

1. Remove the front cover from the main unit.
2. Insert the assembled meat grinder attachment into the front port, aligning the drive shaft, and twist to secure.
3. Place a bowl under the output.

Blender Attachment

1. Remove the top cover from the main unit.
2. Place the blender jug onto the top port, aligning the base with the drive mechanism, and twist to secure.

Slicer/Shredder Attachment

1. Remove the top cover from the main unit.
2. Place the slicer bowl assembly onto the top port, aligning the base with the drive mechanism, and twist to secure.
3. Insert the desired slicing or shredding disc.

6. Operating Instructions

Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet (220-240V, 50/60Hz).

6.1 Speed Control

The appliance features a speed control dial with 7 operating speeds and a pulse function. Turn the dial clockwise to increase speed from 1 to 7. For the pulse function, turn the dial to 'P' and hold; the appliance will operate at maximum speed as long as the dial is held in this position.

6.2 Using the Mixer (Mixing, Kneading, Whisking)

1. Ensure the correct attachment (whisk, flat beater, or kneading hook) is securely installed.
2. Add ingredients to the stainless steel mixing bowl. Do not overfill.
3. Lower the tilt head until it locks.
4. Plug in the appliance.
5. Turn the speed dial to the desired setting. Start with a low speed and gradually increase if needed.
6. For adding ingredients during operation, use the opening in the splash guard.
7. When finished, turn the speed dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.
8. Raise the tilt head and remove the attachment and mixing bowl.

6.3 Using the Meat Grinder

1. Assemble the meat grinder attachment with the desired grinding disc and install it on the front port.
2. Cut meat into small pieces that fit into the feeding tube.
3. Place a bowl under the output.
4. Plug in the appliance.
5. Turn the speed dial to a medium setting (e.g., 3-5).
6. Feed meat into the tube using the food pusher. Never use your fingers.
7. When finished, turn the speed dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.
8. Disassemble and clean immediately.

6.4 Using the Blender

1. Ensure the blender jug is securely installed on the top port.
2. Add ingredients to the blender jug. Do not exceed the MAX fill line (1.25 L).
3. Secure the lid on the blender jug.
4. Plug in the appliance.
5. Turn the speed dial to the desired setting. For quick bursts, use the 'P' (Pulse) function.
6. When finished, turn the speed dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.
7. Carefully remove the blender jug.

6.5 Using the Slicer/Shredder

1. Ensure the slicer bowl assembly with the desired disc is securely installed on the top port.
2. Place a bowl under the output chute.
3. Plug in the appliance.
4. Turn the speed dial to a medium-high setting (e.g., 4-6).
5. Feed ingredients into the feeding tube using the food pusher. Never use your fingers.
6. When finished, turn the speed dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.
7. Disassemble and clean immediately.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliance.

7.1 Cleaning the Main Unit

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the main motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing or re-using.

7.2 Cleaning Attachments and Bowls

• All detachable parts, including the stainless steel mixing bowl, whisk, flat beater, kneading hook, blender jug, slicer bowl, and meat grinder components, are dishwasher safe.
• Alternatively, wash these parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry immediately.
• For stubborn food residue, soak the parts before cleaning.
• Handle sharp blades (e.g., slicer discs, meat grinder blades) with extreme care.

7.3 Storage

Store the appliance and its accessories in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
