Replace batteries when the remote's responsiveness decreases or it stops functioning. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new AAA batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

5. Troubleshooting

If you experience issues with your remote control, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Remote Not Responding:
    • Ensure the batteries are inserted correctly with the correct polarity.
    • Replace the batteries with fresh AAA batteries.
    • Check for any obstructions between the remote control and the TV's infrared sensor.
    • Point the remote directly at the TV's sensor.
  • Limited Range:
    • Weak batteries can reduce the remote's effective range. Replace them if necessary.
    • Ensure there are no strong light sources (e.g., direct sunlight, fluorescent lights) interfering with the infrared signal.
  • Specific Buttons Not Working:
    • This remote is designed for Hisense Smart TVs. Ensure your TV model is listed as compatible.
    • Some advanced functions or specific smart TV features might require the original remote or a universal remote with learning capabilities.
