1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using your HiLIFE Garment Steamer. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Power Requirement: This steamer is designed for use ONLY in 110-120V countries and regions (e.g., US, Canada, Japan). Plugging into a 220V-240V outlet will damage the product and may pose a safety risk.
- Water Level: Do not exceed the 'MAX' water line indicated on the tank. Overfilling may cause hot water to spray.
- Water Type: For a longer lifespan and to prevent mineral buildup, we recommend using purified or distilled water. Avoid adding any chemical substances, perfumes, or other additives to the water tank, as this can damage the device and cause hot water spray.
- Operating Position: Always hold the steamer upright during operation. Do not tilt the steamer excessively, as this may cause hot water to spill or spray.
- Hot Surfaces: The steam nozzle and surrounding areas become extremely hot during use. DO NOT TOUCH the nozzle while it is hot. Allow the steamer to cool completely before handling or storing.
- Steam Direction: Only point the working steamer against clothes or other applicable fabrics. Do not point the steamer at humans, pets, or any part of your body.

6. Maintenance & Storage
- Empty Water Tank: After each use, unplug the steamer and allow it to cool down completely. Once cool, remove the steam head and carefully empty any remaining water from the tank.
- Prevent Mineral Buildup: Always use purified or distilled water to minimize mineral deposits. If you notice any mineral buildup, you may clean the tank with a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water, then rinse thoroughly.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the steamer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the steamer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the unit is completely dry before storing.
