Setup

1. Battery Installation (Candles)

1. Locate the battery compartment at the bottom of each candle.
2. Twist the battery cover counter-clockwise to open.
3. Insert two high-quality AA batteries into each candle, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-). Batteries are not included with the candles.
4. Replace the battery cover by twisting it clockwise until securely closed.

2. Remote Control

The 10-key remote control comes with a pre-installed battery. If the remote does not function, check if the plastic insulation tab needs to be removed from the battery compartment. If the remote's battery needs replacement, use a CR2025 coin cell battery.

Operating Instructions

The candles can be operated using the included 10-key remote control. Ensure the remote is pointed towards the candles for optimal response.

Remote Functions:

• ON/OFF: Press the ON button to turn all candles on. Press the OFF button to turn all candles off.
• Timer: Select a timer setting (2H, 4H, 6H, 8H). Once set, the candles will automatically turn on for the selected duration and then turn off, repeating the cycle every 24 hours.
• Mode: Toggle between Candle mode (flickering flame) and Light mode (steady glow).
• Brightness: Use the + and - buttons to adjust the brightness level of the candles.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the candles with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the light dims or the candles stop responding. Always replace all batteries in a set at the same time for consistent performance.
• Storage: If storing the candles for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Heat Exposure: Although made of real wax, avoid placing candles in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this may cause the wax to melt or deform.

Troubleshooting

• Candles not turning on:
  • Ensure batteries are inserted correctly with the correct polarity.
  • Replace old batteries with new, high-quality AA batteries.
  • Check if the battery compartment cover is securely closed.
• Remote control not working:
  • Ensure the plastic insulation tab has been removed from the remote's battery compartment.
  • Replace the remote's CR2025 battery if necessary.
  • Point the remote directly at the candles within a reasonable range.
• Timer function not working as expected:
  • Setting the timer manually resets any previous timer cycle. If you manually turn candles on/off, you may need to re-set the timer.
  • Ensure the remote has a clear line of sight to the candles when setting the timer.
• Candles appear dim:
  • Adjust brightness using the '+' button on the remote.
  • Replace batteries if they are low.
