3. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your air purifier for first use.
- Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Choose a Location: Place the air purifier on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clear space around all sides of the unit for optimal airflow. Avoid placing it directly against walls or furniture.
- Check Filters: The filters are typically pre-installed. However, it is recommended to open the front cover (refer to Section 5: Maintenance for instructions) to ensure all protective packaging has been removed from the filters before first use.
- Plug In: Insert the power plug into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
The LivePure Bali Series LP550TH features a digital touch control panel for easy operation.

- On/Off Power Button: Press to turn the unit on or off. The unit will start in the last used setting.
- Fan Speed Button: Press repeatedly to cycle through fan speeds: Low, Medium, High, and Turbo. Higher fan speeds provide faster air purification.
- Sleep Mode Button: Activates Sleep Mode, which operates the unit at the lowest fan speed and dims the display lights for quiet operation (approximately 37 dB). Press again to exit Sleep Mode.
- Timer Button: Press to set the operating timer for 2, 4, or 8 hours. The unit will automatically turn off after the selected time. Press repeatedly to cycle through options or to turn the timer off.
- LED Accent Light Button: Toggles the accent light on or off.
- Filter Replacement Indicator: An indicator light will illuminate when it is time to check or replace the filters. Refer to Section 5: Maintenance for details.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air purifier.
Filter Replacement:
The filter replacement indicator light will signal when it's time to check or replace your filters. The True HEPA filter typically requires replacement every 6-8 months, depending on usage and air quality. The Coco Carbon pre-filter should be checked and cleaned more frequently.

- Unplug the Air Purifier: Always disconnect the power cord before performing any maintenance.
- Remove Front Cover: Gently pull out the front cover using the notches on the sides.
- Remove Old Filter: Pull the old filter assembly (pre-filter and HEPA filter) forward to remove it from the unit.
- Install New Filter: Align the new pre-filter with the HEPA filter and press them together. Place the filter assembly back into the unit, ensuring the pre-filter is facing outwards.
- Replace Front Cover: Place the front cover back onto the air purifier and press to secure it.
- Reset Filter Indicator: After replacing filters, press and hold the Filter Replacement Indicator button for 3-5 seconds until the light resets.
Cleaning the Exterior:
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure no water enters the unit.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your air purifier, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
