Introduction
Thank you for choosing the ALLMITY Universal Remote Control. This remote is designed to control a wide range of Philips Series LCD, LED, and Smart HD TVs. In most cases, it will work directly without any setup. If initial operation is not successful, please refer to the detailed setup methods provided in this manual.
This remote control retains its settings even when batteries are changed.
Before using, please read this manual thoroughly to ensure proper operation and to utilize all available functions.
Setup and Initial Use
The remote control is designed to directly control approximately 98% of Philips brand TV models without requiring any setup. Simply insert the batteries and test its functionality.
If the remote does not work immediately, please proceed with one of the following setup methods:
Battery Installation
This remote control requires two AAA batteries (not included). Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the battery compartment.
A. Input Code Method
This method allows you to manually enter a specific code for your TV model.
- Press and hold the [MUTE] key and the [POWER] key simultaneously. After approximately 3 seconds, the LED indicator on the remote will light up.
- Release both keys. Input one of the three-digit codes from the provided list using the number keys on the remote.
Code List: 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011
When the three-digit code is successfully entered, the LED indicator will turn off.
- Test the remote control's functions. If it does not work correctly, try the next code from the list (e.g., 002, 003, 004, etc.).
Note: If the three entered codes are invalid, the LED will flash twice and remain lit. If the codes are correct, the LED light will turn off. To exit the setup mode at any time, press the [OK] key.
B. Fast Search Method
This method automatically searches for a compatible code for your TV.
- Press and hold the [POWER] key and the [OK] key simultaneously. After approximately 3 seconds, the LED indicator on the remote will light up. Release both keys.
- Press the [CH+] key repeatedly. Each press will initiate a search for a new code. Observe your TV screen. When the channel changes, or other functions like volume control ([VOL+]), menu access ([MENU]), or number keys (0-9) work correctly, stop pressing [CH+].
- Once a compatible code is found and the remote functions correctly, press the [OK] key to save the setting and exit the search mode.
- If the remote does not work well after saving, repeat from Step 2 to find another compatible code.
Operating Functions
C. Code Inquiry
To determine which code the remote control is currently using:
- Press and hold the [OK] key first, then press the [POWER] key. After 3 seconds, the LED indicator will light up. Release both keys.
- Input [9], [9], [0] using the number keys. The LED indicator will flash twice and then turn off.
- To read the code, press [1], [2], or [3]. For example, if you press [1], the LED will flash a certain number of times. The number of flashes corresponds to the first digit of the code. If the digit is [0], the LED will not flash. Repeat for [2] (second digit) and [3] (third digit).
D. Learning Function
This function allows the ALLMITY remote to learn specific commands from your original TV remote control.
- Press and hold the [OK] key first, then long press the [+] key for approximately 5 seconds. The LED indicator will light up. Release both keys. The remote is now ready to learn.
- Position your original remote control and the ALLMITY remote (PH-19/20) facing each other, with a distance of 3-5 cm between them.

- Press any key on your original remote control. The LED indicator on the ALLMITY remote will flash after receiving the signal. Release the key on the original remote. Then, press the corresponding key on the ALLMITY remote (PH-19/20) where you want to store this command. The indicator light will flash twice and remain lit, confirming the learning. Repeat this step for any other function keys you wish to learn.
- After learning all desired keys, press and hold the [OK] key first, then press the [-] key. The LED indicator will turn off, and the learned settings will be saved.
Note: During the learning process, if no key is pressed for 25 seconds, the learning state will automatically exit without saving any changes.

Troubleshooting
- Remote not responding: Ensure fresh AAA batteries are correctly installed. Check for any obstructions between the remote and the TV's infrared receiver.
- Remote does not control TV after initial setup: If the remote does not work after inserting batteries, try the "Input Code Method" (Section A) or the "Fast Search Method" (Section B) to find a compatible code for your specific TV model.
- Some functions not working: If only certain keys are not functioning, consider using the "Learning Function" (Section D) to program those specific commands from your original TV remote.
- LED indicator behavior:
- LED lights up and stays on: Indicates successful entry into setup or learning mode.
- LED flashes twice and turns off: Typically indicates successful code input or saving.
- LED flashes twice and stays lit: May indicate an invalid code during input.
- LED does not flash: Could indicate a '0' digit during code inquiry, or no signal during learning.
- Learning function exits prematurely: The learning mode will exit if no key is pressed for 25 seconds. Ensure you complete the learning steps within this timeframe.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the remote's response becomes sluggish or the LED indicator behaves erratically. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new AAA alkaline batteries.
