The control panel is your primary interface for operating the device. It features a large touchscreen display for navigating menus and settings, along with dedicated buttons for common functions.
3.2 Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)

The ADF allows you to automatically feed multiple pages for copying, scanning, or faxing without placing each page individually on the scanner glass.
3.3 Scanner Glass

Use the scanner glass for single pages, books, or delicate documents that cannot be fed through the ADF.
3.4 Output Tray / Finisher

Finished documents are delivered to the output tray. Depending on your configuration, an optional finisher may provide stapling or sorting capabilities.
4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the device from its packaging.
- Place the Bizhub C364 on a sturdy, level surface capable of supporting its weight. Ensure adequate space around the device for ventilation and access to paper trays and maintenance areas.
- Remove all protective tapes and packing materials from the exterior and interior of the device.
4.2 Power Connection
- Connect the power cord to the power inlet on the rear of the device.

- Load the paper stack with the print side facing up (or as indicated by the tray diagram). Do not overfill the tray beyond the maximum fill line.
- Gently push the paper drawer back into the device until it clicks into place.

5.2 Copying Documents
- Place your original document(s) face up in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or face down on the scanner glass.
