4.1 Locking the Device
To lock the NULOCK smart lock:
- Insert the cable end into the lock unit.
- Press the physical lock button on the unit. You will hear a confirmation sound, and the LED indicator will show it is locked.
4.2 Unlocking the Device
The NULOCK smart lock can be unlocked manually or automatically via the app:
- Manual Unlock: Open the Solebe app, ensure it's connected to the lock, and tap the 'Unlock' button.
- Auto Unlock: Enable the 'Auto unlocking' feature in the app settings. The lock will automatically unlock when your phone is within the 10-30ft Bluetooth range and the app is open. Note: If the cable is not removed after auto-unlocking, the lock will re-lock itself after a short period for security.
4.3 Vibration Alarm
The NULOCK features a tampering-sensitive 110dB alarm. The alarm is triggered by:
- Vibration (when vibration mode is active).
- Attempted cable cutting.
- Attempted disassembly (e.g., removing battery cover screws).
You can toggle the vibration alarm on/off via the Solebe app settings. It is recommended to turn off the vibration alarm when the lock is in transit (e.g., on a moving vehicle) to prevent false alarms.

5. Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: The lock requires 3 AAA batteries, which typically last for approximately 5 months with daily use (opened twice a day). The app includes a low battery indicator to warn you when power is below 20%. Replace batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation.
- Cleaning: Wipe the lock unit and cable with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Water Resistance: The lock has an IP44 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against solid objects over 1mm (e.g., tools and small wires) and water splashing from any angle. It is not designed for submersion.
6. Troubleshooting
- Lock not connecting to app: Ensure the battery cover screws are tightened and you have pressed the lock button on the unit before attempting to pair. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Alarm not working: Verify that the vibration alarm is enabled in the Solebe app settings. Note that the vibration alarm may not activate if the owner's phone is already connected to the device.
- Forgot Password: If you forget the password set during initial pairing, you will not be able to reconnect the app to the lock. It is crucial to record your password in a safe place.
- Accidental Re-locking: If 'Auto unlocking' is enabled and the cable is not removed from the lock unit after unlocking via the app, the lock will automatically re-lock after a short period.
