1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your Igloo ICEB26BK Portable Electric Countertop Automatic Ice Maker. This compact and stylish appliance is designed to provide a continuous supply of ice for your beverages.
The unit is capable of producing up to 26 pounds of ice per day, with ice ready in as little as 7 minutes. A viewing window allows you to watch the ice being made, while the 2-pound ice basket ensures plenty of capacity for all of your beverage needs. The LED-lighted control panel lets you to choose from small or large ice cube sizes, while also letting you know when to add water and if the ice basket is full.

2. Safety Information
Please read all instructions carefully before operating the appliance. Retain this manual for future reference.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before cleaning, or during maintenance.
- Keep children and pets away from the appliance during operation.
- Use only potable water in the water reservoir.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 4 inches of space on all sides).
3. What's in the Box
Upon unpacking, please ensure all items are present and in good condition:

4. Setup
- Unpack and Clean: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Wash the ice basket and ice scoop with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Clean the interior of the ice maker with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the ice maker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clear space around the unit for proper ventilation. Do not place near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Power Connection: Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Add Water: Open the lid and remove the ice basket. Fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the 'POWER' button on the control panel to turn on the ice maker. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Select Ice Size: Press the 'SELECT' button to choose between small (S) or large (L) ice cube sizes. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
- Ice Production: The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice may take slightly longer, typically around 7 minutes. Subsequent batches will be faster.
- Ice Full Indicator: When the ice basket is full, the 'ICE FULL' indicator light will turn on, and the ice maker will automatically pause operation. Remove ice from the basket to resume production.
- Add Water Indicator: If the water level in the reservoir is too low, the 'ADD WATER' indicator light will turn on. Add more potable water to the reservoir to continue ice production.
- Power Off: To turn off the ice maker, press the 'POWER' button again.

6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ice maker.
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, drain any remaining water from the reservoir by removing the drain plug located at the bottom of the unit. Wipe the interior with a soft cloth.
- Weekly Cleaning: For a more thorough cleaning, mix water with a small amount of vinegar or a mild cleaning solution. Run a few cycles with this solution (without making ice for consumption), then drain and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- External Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: If storing the ice maker for an extended period, ensure it is completely dry inside and out. Store in a cool, dry place.
