Setup

- Assembly: Place the blade unit onto the motor shaft inside the blending jar. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Water Tank: Open the water tank cap and fill the water tank with clean drinking water up to the 'MAX' level. Close the cap securely.
Operating Instructions
1. Steaming Food
- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, and chopping them into small pieces (approximately 1 cm cubes).
- Place the chopped ingredients into the blending jar. Do not overfill; ensure the lid can close properly.
- Place the lid on the blending jar and then place the jar onto the main unit, ensuring it is locked into position.
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Turn the control dial to the steam function (steam icon) and set the desired steaming time. Refer to the recipe book or general guidelines for steaming times based on food type.
- The appliance will automatically switch off when steaming is complete.

2. Blending Food
- After steaming, carefully remove the blending jar from the main unit.
- Flip the blending jar upside down, so the steamed food is now at the bottom, ready for blending. Ensure the blade unit is securely attached.
- Place the flipped jar back onto the main unit.
- Turn the control dial to the blend function (blade icon) and hold it in position for short bursts until the desired consistency is achieved. Do not blend continuously for more than 30 seconds.
- Once blended, remove the jar, detach the blade unit, and serve the baby food using the spatula.

3. Defrosting and Reheating
The steaming function can also be used to defrost or reheat pre-cooked baby food.
- Place the frozen or refrigerated baby food into the blending jar.
- Follow the steps for steaming, adjusting the time as needed for defrosting or reheating. Start with shorter times and check the food temperature.
- Always ensure food is thoroughly heated and stirred to distribute heat evenly before serving to your baby.
Cleaning and Maintenance

- After Each Use: Unplug the appliance. Disassemble the blending jar, lid, and blade unit. Wash these parts immediately in warm soapy water or place them in the dishwasher (all removable parts are dishwasher safe).
- Main Unit: Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or immerse it in water.
- Water Tank: Empty any remaining water from the tank. For thorough cleaning, periodically descale the water tank.
- Descaling: Mix 80ml of white vinegar with 160ml of water. Pour the mixture into the water tank. Let it stand for 6 hours or overnight. Empty the tank and rinse thoroughly. Run two steaming cycles with clean water before using the appliance for food preparation.
