4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation (Puck Lights)
- Twist the back cover of each puck light counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment.
- Insert 3 new AA batteries into each puck light, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). (Batteries are NOT included)
- Align the back cover and twist clockwise to securely close the compartment.
4.2. Battery Installation (Remote Control)
The remote control is powered by a coin battery, which is typically pre-installed. If replacement is needed, slide open the battery tray on the side or back of the remote and replace with a new CR2025 coin battery, ensuring correct polarity.

4.3. Mounting the Puck Lights
You have two options for mounting your BLS Wireless LED Puck Lights:
- Adhesive Mounting: Peel off the protective film from the adhesive tape (with magnet) and firmly press it onto the desired clean, dry surface. Then, attach the puck light to the magnetic adhesive. This allows for easy removal for battery changes.
- Screw Mounting: For a more permanent installation, use the provided screws. Mark the desired location, drill pilot holes if necessary, and secure the mounting plate with the screws. Then, twist the puck light onto the secured plate.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Turning Lights On/Off
- Manual Operation: Tap the center lens of the puck light to turn it ON or OFF.
- Remote Control: Press the 'ON' or 'OFF' button on the remote control. The remote can control all puck lights within a maximum distance of 10 feet.

5.2. Adjusting Brightness
Use the remote control to adjust the light brightness:
- Press the '50%' or '100%' buttons for quick brightness adjustments.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to incrementally increase or decrease brightness.
5.3. Changing Color Temperature
The puck lights offer two color temperature options:
- Press the 'WW' button on the remote for Warm White (3000K).
- Press the 'CW' button on the remote for Cool White (6500K).

5.4. Timer Function
Set the lights to automatically turn off after a specific duration:
- Press the '15MIN', '30MIN', '60MIN', or '120MIN' buttons on the remote to activate the corresponding timer.
- The lights will flash briefly to confirm the timer setting.
5.5. Controlling Multiple Lights
The remote control is designed to operate multiple BLS puck lights simultaneously, provided they are within the 10-foot range and have a clear line of sight to the remote's infrared signal.

6. Maintenance
6.1. Battery Replacement
Replace batteries in the puck lights when brightness diminishes or they stop responding. Always use new, high-quality AA batteries for optimal performance and battery life. For the remote, replace the coin battery if its range or responsiveness decreases.
6.2. Cleaning
Wipe the lights and remote with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
7. Troubleshooting
- Lights not turning on:
- Check if the AA batteries in the puck lights are correctly installed and not depleted.
- Ensure the remote control has a working battery and is pointed directly at the lights within the 10-foot range.
- Remote control not responding:
- Replace the coin battery in the remote control.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the lights.
- Lights falling off after adhesive mounting:
- Ensure the mounting surface was clean and dry before applying the adhesive.
- For heavier items or rough surfaces, consider using the provided screws for a more secure installation.
- Short battery life:
- Battery life can vary significantly based on the quality of AA batteries used and the frequency/duration of use at high brightness settings. Use reputable, high-quality batteries.
