Setup: Initial Charging

Before using your ZOOOK ZP-PBS10C Power Bank for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge it.

1. Connect the provided charging cable to the Micro USB input port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. Ensure the power adapter output is DC 5V 2A for optimal charging speed.
3. The digital display will show the charging progress. When the display shows "100", the power bank is fully charged.
4. Disconnect the charging cable once fully charged.

Note: A full charge typically takes 6-9 hours, depending on the power adapter used.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices

1. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the three USB output ports on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The digital display will activate to show the remaining power.
4. To stop charging, simply disconnect your device from the power bank.

You can charge up to three devices simultaneously. The power bank intelligently distributes power across the connected devices.

Using the LED Torch

• To turn on the LED torch, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds.
• To turn off the LED torch, press and hold the power button again for approximately 3 seconds.

Maintenance

• Keep the power bank away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
• Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

  • Try a different charging cable for your device.
• Slow charging:
  • Ensure you are using a high-quality charging cable.

  • Charging multiple devices simultaneously may reduce the charging speed for individual devices.
