2. Safety Instructions
Always observe basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury. Keep this manual for future reference.
2.1 General Power Tool Safety
- Work Area Safety: Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Electrical Safety: Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
- Personal Safety: Always wear eye protection. Use appropriate safety equipment such as dust masks, non-skid safety shoes, hard hats, or hearing protection when necessary. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts.
- Tool Use and Care: Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.
2.2 Battery and Charger Safety
- Only use the charger supplied with the tool to charge the battery.
- Do not charge the battery in damp or wet conditions.
- Do not open the battery pack.
- Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
- Do not expose the battery to heat or fire.

4.2 Installing/Removing the Battery
- To Install: Align the battery pack with the base of the drill handle and slide it in until it locks securely into place.
- To Remove: Press the battery release button (usually located on the side of the battery pack) and slide the battery out of the drill.
4.3 Installing/Removing Drill Bits or Screw Bits
The drill features a 1.0 - 10 mm keyless chuck for quick and easy bit changes.
- Ensure the drill is switched off and the forward/reverse switch is in the center (locked) position to prevent accidental starting.
- Rotate the chuck collar counter-clockwise to open the chuck jaws.
- Insert the desired drill bit or screw bit into the chuck, ensuring it is centered.
- Rotate the chuck collar clockwise to tighten the jaws firmly around the bit. Do not overtighten.
- To Remove: Rotate the chuck collar counter-clockwise to loosen the jaws and pull the bit out.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off and Variable Speed Trigger
The drill is activated by pressing the trigger switch. The speed of the drill is variable and controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger. Pressing harder increases the speed.
5.2 Forward/Reverse Rotation
A switch located above the trigger allows you to select the direction of rotation:
- Push the switch to the left for forward (clockwise) rotation, used for drilling and driving screws.
- Push the switch to the right for reverse (counter-clockwise) rotation, used for removing screws or freeing jammed bits.
- Center the switch to lock the trigger and prevent accidental starting.
5.3 Torque Settings (17+1)
The torque adjustment ring allows you to select the desired torque setting, ranging from 1 to 17, plus a dedicated drilling mode. This prevents overtightening screws and damaging the workpiece or screw head.
- Settings 1-17: For driving screws. Lower numbers are for smaller screws or softer materials; higher numbers are for larger screws or harder materials.
- Drill Symbol: For drilling applications, providing maximum torque without clutch engagement.
5.4 Speed Selection (2-Speed Gearbox)
A speed selector switch on top of the drill allows you to choose between two speed ranges:
- Position 1 (Low Speed): 0-350 RPM. Ideal for high-torque applications like driving large screws or drilling into hard materials.
- Position 2 (High Speed): 0-1300 RPM. Suitable for fast drilling in wood, plastic, or light metal, and for smaller screws.
5.5 LED Work Light
The integrated LED work light illuminates the workpiece when the trigger is pressed, improving visibility in dimly lit areas.
5.6 Drilling Operation
Select the appropriate drill bit for the material. Set the torque ring to the drill symbol. Choose the desired speed (low for harder materials/larger bits, high for softer materials/smaller bits). Hold the drill firmly and apply steady, even pressure.

5.7 Screwing Operation
Select the correct screw bit. Adjust the torque setting according to the screw size and material. Start with a lower torque setting and increase if the screw is not fully driven. Use low speed for better control when starting screws.
